Support

Bexum Connect is a VPN client for user-provided HTTPS subscription links. It does not include built-in public VPN servers and does not sell VPN access inside the app.

Getting Started

  1. Open Bexum Connect.
  2. Go to the Subscription section.
  3. Add your HTTPS subscription URL.
  4. Select a server profile.
  5. Tap Connect and approve the iOS VPN permission prompt.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check that your subscription URL is valid and reachable.
  2. Refresh the subscription.
  3. Try another server from the same subscription.
  4. Open Settings, refresh VPN logs, and review the latest error.
  5. Copy logs only if you want to share them with support.

Do not share subscription URLs, passwords, tokens, or private server credentials in support messages.

Supported Protocols

The app supports compatible Xray-based profiles, including common VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, and Hysteria2 configurations. Hysteria v1 is not supported.

Bexum Connect это VPN-клиент для пользовательских HTTPS subscription-ссылок. В приложении нет встроенных публичных VPN-серверов и продажи VPN-доступа.

Установка через TestFlight

  1. Установите TestFlight из App Store.
  2. Откройте invitation link Bexum Connect beta на iPhone.
  3. Нажмите Accept, затем Install.
  4. После установки откройте Bexum Connect.

Первый запуск

  1. Откройте Bexum Connect.
  2. Перейдите в раздел подписки.
  3. Добавьте HTTPS subscription URL.
  4. Выберите server profile.
  5. Нажмите Connect и разрешите iOS добавить VPN configuration.

Если не подключается

  1. Проверьте, что subscription URL действительный и доступный.
  2. Обновите подписку.
  3. Попробуйте другой сервер из той же подписки.
  4. Откройте Settings, обновите VPN logs и посмотрите последнюю ошибку.
  5. Копируйте logs только если хотите отправить их в поддержку.

Не отправляйте subscription URLs, passwords, tokens или private server credentials в сообщениях поддержки.

Поддерживаемые протоколы

Приложение поддерживает совместимые Xray-based профили, включая VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks и Hysteria2. Hysteria v1 не поддерживается.
